BEEJA: BRANDING & PACKAGING
This was a classroom project in NID. The brief was to identify a product that would be sold to Indian farmers, study the opportunity areas involved and thereafter do its branding and packaging. I chose Organic Vegetable Seeds and decided to call it 'Beeja', that is what it is popularly called in majority of Indian states. The farmers who'd buy these would typically be aged between 20-50 years and be practitioners of organic farming. The idea was to come up with an identity that could be easily associated to by the farmers from rural areas where literacy rates are lower in comparison to urban areas.
